Apply for Accreditation
Applicants wishing to apply for accreditation as a HSA through the BDAV may do so either online or by downloading an application form and completing and returning it to the BDAV.

NOTE#1
Data collected by the BDAV in relation to applicants for accreditation will be shared with Sustainability
Victoria (SV), in compliance with the Deed of Agreement between SV and the BDAV.
NOTE#2:
The following items must be submitted by the applicant before the application can be approved:
- copy of Certificate of Attainment from the RTO from whom you have completed the 21854VIC Course in Home Sustainability Assessment;
- copy of Certificate of Currency of Professional Indemnity Insurance;
- copy of Certificate of Currency of Public Liability Insurance;
- copy of certificate of Police Check obtained from Victoria Police;
- copy of signed extract from Code of Conduct for HSAs;
- payment of the accreditation fee of $200.00
