Assessor Information

Once the application for accreditation as a HSA is approved, the applicant will receive from BDAV:

• a letter confirming that they have been approved as an accredited home sustainability assessor;
• an accreditation number for the sole use of the accredited HSA;
• a certificate confirming the applicant’s status as an accredited home sustainability assessor;
• a listing at the BDAV website in the Find a Home Sustainability Assessor section.

BDAV also provides a Technical and Support Help Desk for use by accredited HSAs. To access this service, accredited HSAs should email their queries to info@bdav.org.au, and can expect a response typically within 24 hours of the BDAV receiving the enquiry.
