Membership Application Forms
If you wish to apply for membership you may either apply online at this website by visiting the Apply for Membership section, or download the relevant application form below and send it in to the BDAV. Please ensure your application is accompanied by the relevant payment to enable your application to be processed. The BDAV will issue you with a Tax Invoice for GST reporting purposes, but your initial year’s membership fee plus joining fee (where applicable) must accompany your application.
