Assessor Information

Once the application for accreditation as a TPA is approved, the applicant will receive from BDAV:

  • a letter confirming that they have been approved as an accredited thermal performance assessor;
  • an accreditation number for the sole use of the accredited TPA;
  • a certificate confirming the applicant’s status as an accredited thermal performance assessor;
  • electronic stamp/s that may be used by the accredited thermal performance assessor depicting the software that the applicant is accredited to use. Such electronic stamp/s should be affixed on any plans you accredit;

BDAV also provides a Technical and Support Help Desk for use by accredited TPAs. To access this service, accredited TPAs should email their queries to info@bdav.org.au, and can expect a response typically within 24 hours of the BDAV receiving the enquiry.
